UNITED NATIONS (United States) (AFP) - A record-equalling 188 countries on Tuesday backed an annual UN General Assembly vote condemning the five-decade-old US embargo of Cuba.
Only the United States and one other country opposed the resolution, down from three nations in last year's vote, in a sign of mounting opposition to the blockade.
